Waipuna Park, located in Welcome Bay on Kaitemako Drive, provides awesome school holiday activities for the 5 - 13 year age group. Ideal for any parents heading into the city for work, study or play.

Our programme for the December and January Holidays…
You can download a registration form by clicking the button below. Once you have filled this out you can either:
- Scan it and email it to us at oscar@bayvenues.co.nz
- Take a high quality photo of the form and email it to us at oscar@bayvenues.co.nz
- Drop it in to the QEYC, Papamoa Sports and Rec Centre, Papamoa Community Centre, or Arataki Community Centre (it doens’t matter which centre your child is attending for their Holiday Programme, you can drop it in to any of the four listed centres)
- Mail it to – Bay Venues Ltd, PO Box 10250, Bayfair, Mount Maunganui, 3152
Payment information
Payments can be made via the following methods:
- Cash
- Cheque
- EFTPOS
- Internet Banking
Cash, Cheque or EFTPOS
Drop in to the QEYC, Papamoa Sports and Rec Centre, Papamoa Community Centre, or Arataki Community Centre and make your payment in person (again, it doesn’t matter which centre your child will be attending for their Holiday Programme, you can pay at any of the four listed centres). Alternatively you can post your payment to the following address:

Please use your child’s name, chosen centre and HP (holiday programme) as a reference, e.g. if your child was John Smith and they were attending the Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre Holiday Programme your reference would be JOHNSMITH QEYC HP
Registration Process
We still need to sight your registration form regardless of your payment method. Once we have received your payment and registration form we will call you to confirm your place in the programme.
Parent Information
Each day children are to bring:
- A packed lunch
- Morning and afternoon tea
- Drink bottle
- Shoes
- Sunhat
- Rain jacket
Drop off is between 8am – 9am and pick up is between 4.00pm – 5.30pm. A late fee of $5 per five minutes will apply for late pick ups.

The programme is CYFS approved so WINZ subsidies are available to some families, click here to visit the WINZ website for more information.
